Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
However, if the item:
- Arrives damaged during transit,
- Is defective,
- Is incorrect,
- Or has another issue caused by our error,
then Hpeleond will cover the return shipping costs and provide appropriate return instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected, contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item.
Once your return has been approved and accepted, you may place a separate order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
